PA14 Vantage Lumbar Support Knob Failure

Has any ever had problems with the lumbar knob failing? I had a issue on my trip Sunday where my lumbar support gave out on me. It looks like the white plastic cracked. Is this something that is an easy fix or should I just file a warranty claim on the seat?

You can file a claim if you are still within two years of new.

The part is replaceable.

Yes, It is still under warranty. Do i just need to bring my seat into the dealer with my receipt and paper work? Also, do I need to bring it to where I bought it or can any dealer process a warranty claim? I have a dealer 20min from my house vs 70min to the dealer I bought it from.

Any dealer can file a warranty, but best to contact the selling dealer as they have your records and have profited from the sale. I would call or email the one of your choice to start the process.
