I found a pulley on the starboard side connected up behind the front hatch rod fishing rod tubes, it is attached with about a 18" cord. There are no broken cords lying on the hull floor, would anyone have an idea what this pulley is for? The BOA pulley is hooked up and running across to the other side, so its not that. I will attach a photo if able to.
