Hello,
Our local Habitat for Humanity affiliate received a boat believed by me to be an H18 (serial #CCMH5114M81G).

It can be seen at: http://s1041.photobucket.com/albums/b414/WHFH/Hobie/
(I'm sorry but I don't know how to make this a direct link)

As you can see it appears to this non-sailing outdoorsman that this boat needs a bit of TLC. Any ideas on what we might be able to sell it for as is? I know it's difficult to tell about the condition of the hulls but any ideas on rough costs to bring her up to decent condition?

Thanks,
Derek Dickens

Looks as it was store in the water and has alot of issues. Afew hundred would be about the best I could see without a very close assesment of the boat. Unless the sails are pristine your looking at a few grand to make her nice.

Looks from the pics the boat does have potential. An actual close-up inspection be someone experienced with 18' will be needed to figure out what it needs. Where are you located? Maybe someone near you will read this post. Good luck, Jim.
