Haven't done a lot of research but I'm convinced the aerodynamic profile of a limo will provide better fuel mileage than a pickup/camper.
The Rolling Dog House (V-10 F-350, truck camper w/ cargo trailer) gets about 10 mpg, sometimes less if I'm chasing wind. But then the best the truck has gotten without camper and trailer was 12.5 mpg. Just rolled back into town averaging about 12.2mpg with 3000 lbs of firewood in the bed.
My mom and step-father get about 6mpg in their V-10 powered 33' Winnie.
