The traveler swivel cam cleat plate on my H14T broke, so I got a replacement. For the life of me can't get the rivet out of the rear crossbar rail. Any advice on removing this stubborn little rivet?

Thanks all!

Jam a screw driver into the side to keep it from spinning and drill the head off. Punch into the crossbar.
