Well Karl, what do you think? Rudders are easy too, just takes some special tools. John, the next issue coming out shows how to use the non-skid mold we covered in the most recent HOTLINE. Perhaps the issue after that one can cover the rudders.

You hit a 20? Who?

I hit Jake at Saylorville last year. The line had been port favored all day, but for the one race the entire fleet actually decides to start port, its square. I timed it pretty good to screw everyone else, unfortunetly I smashed into Jake at full tilt on the wire.

Rick, I'm a retard when it comes to anything that has a pot life. Even bondo requires I break out the hockey helmet. I'm a living god with all things wood, (pun intended), but some mysteries I just don't need to solve. My thing is that I don't want to know it was ever repaired. Which is what a good repair looks like. Being the sever OCD inflicted soul that I am, it would haunt me in my sleep.

I can learn to do just about anything that's hands on, if its taught to me apprentice style. If I gotta read to learn it, I'm screwed. ARC catamarans are built here in Minnesota. I was thinking that next time I'm out of work I should give them a call and see if they needed any help for a week or two and learn some of this stuff.

I've got a set of daggerboards that are mangled, three holes in my hulls, and all of the various dents one could accumulate learning a spinnaker the hard way and becoming a Jedi-master at righting.

So yeah, rudders are a good place to start screwing up my boat. :D

No, but he did have that deer in the headlights look for about 10sec after I ran him down like a crowbar totin' redneck high on meth.
