One time I saw a video of Hobies/surfers crashing on here. The video was a compilation and one of them was a Hobie 18 that was carrying a surfer beyond the waves and got to close and got wiped out on a big wave. It was totaled. Any one remember the video? if so post a link here.

:D Also I am really happy the hobie 18 hull offer is over. I am sick of getting the emails and seeing the posts. :D

Thank you come again.
JD

As the guy that did most if not all of the posting and mailing regarding the New Hobie 18 Hull offer, I freely admit that I was probably a bit over enthusiastic about the whole thing.

I was trying to build a sense of excitement and create a sense of urgency.

Also, I wanted to make sure that anyone that may have had any interest at all, was made aware of the offer and could find it anywhere and everywhere they might look.

The downside to that kind of directed saturation marketing is that there are a certain percentage of people that will be annoyed, so to you and anyone else I have annoyed or offended, please accept my heartfelt and sincere apologies.

Respectfully,
Stephen

No apology necessary, you did a great job. I would have bought a set but I aint got that type of money. You did the 18 a great service, and I thank you. But I am glad its over.

Thanks for the vid spesce
