Mike Worrell, director and founder of the Worrell 1000, died this weekend of pancreatic cancer at the age of 67. Obit below. Fair winds and following seas to Mike. Anyone still alive here with Worrell 1000 memories?

Oh dear - that is sad indeed - at age 67 he was probably just getting started on his sailing retirement plans too. I have a feeling he never rested. May he rest now and never miss a fair wind or following sea. Thanks for sharing this
