Yes... you need to change the pintles on the transom for mounting the newer system. They are different.

It's pretty simple, removing screws and replacing them in the new hardware.

I'll buy the old style pintels from you to put on a newer Wave to stick the older style rudders on.

you could, but the only thing is i live in Queensland Australia, and it would probably be cheaper to buy them new than 2nd hand from here
