Some Hobie Art

My and my Girlfriend make mosaic art. We do tables, pot holders, and wall art. One day I decided to make one of a cat and here it is. Let me know what y'all think. The lighting does it no justice and it's is 100% water proof so its OK outside. I think it looks more like a nacra but i promise its a hobie.

It is also for sale for the price of 50 dollars Plus shipping. Its made from wood glue tile and grout.

Well, I am not really here to fund your lifestyle but thought a nice pat on the back was in order because of that handsome work! Price seems very reasonable too, I'll bet it sells before too long. Truth be told, after my last kayak purchase I am in no position to spend any money for a while.

I do have plans for an outdoor shower at some point in the future and a mosaic is something I have been thinking about. I would probably let the kids make a design and then we would smash the tiles together and glue em down and have a great time doing it!
