I recently came across a new website to do wind/weather forecasting and after doing some searching on the forums, I thought I'd make a new list of websites that might provide much needed weather forecasting for everyone on here.

http://usairnet.com/cgi-bin/launch/code.cgi? - really for aviation use, but still very good information without having to interpret any maps or charts.

http://www.intellicast.com - found in the tri-foiler forum... it's decent but you have to read the maps to get the windspeed and direction.

http://www.sailflow.com - also found in the tri-foiler forum. Pretty good source of information.

But the coolest one I just found is this: http://www.wunderground.com
Type in your zip code... then look part way down the page and you'll see a link for "google map of personal weather station" Click on that and you get a sweet map of your local area with all sorts of weather stations that you can click on to get detailed and current weather readings.

Yes I love Weather Underground, and use it exclusively.

I absolutely love sailflow.com - try doing the free signup so you can set what exactly you want it to show you. Plus you can set it to alert you when certain weather parameters show up through email (or through your cell phone). For me this means cutting out of work early if I get a weather update that it's blowing dogs off chains. My favorite!
