It's a European Hobie 16 of mid '90s vintage. Tough to say whether it's worth 1000 € ($1,230). A lot of the value is in the sails - that aren't visible. The trampoline looks OK, but needs new hiking straps.

I will say that deck ports in front of the front pylons is not a good sign. A boat of that vintage is not as likely to have soft spots, but you never know. That's almost always a deal-breaker.
