Hi guys

My hobie has a self tacking jib with a Harken car. Thing is its sticking a lot/not moving freely.

What can I do? Can I lubricate the ball bearings with PTFE greese like the one in the link but wont't this get clogged up with sand?

What does everyone else do?

Cheers, Adrian

Not a US model and most forum users are from the US, so only a Tiger or WildCat would have the issue here. Yes lubricate would be your option.
