My local yacht club has finally reached enough hobies to create a fleet. A couple of us are eager to do so. What is the process for creating a fleet?

Contact the Hobie Class Association.

www.hca-na.org

Look at the "Class Info" drop down list. There is a Fleet Charter application listed there.
