I probably shouldn't be letting the cat out of the bag here. I mean I don't want to upset the folks at Hobie who obviously went to a lot of trouble trying to keep this a SECRET. Who else would think of hidng a new product in plain view and then use some camouflage to disguise it?

What I really like about this new model is the fold down bucket racing seats. I think there's even a 5 point harness for each seat, so this thng must really haul ass!

Check it out!

Looks like an 18 set-up for disabled sailing. Cool paint job.

Yeah, at first I thought it must be for fishing but I think it is set up for disabled sailing.

I'm in the camp that it's for fishing. There's about a 30 sq. miles area in our local lagoon where motorized vessels are not allowed, but the Redfish, Snook and Sea Trout run around rather unmolested...

I found 4 of those seats in the trailer boxes of my Hobie 21 SC, and I still don't know where to put them.

I think they were a special order item on the SC and you have to mount them on the wings....

Check out the custom chain plates bolted to the side of the boat.

Mos def a fishing rod holder in pic 2. How do they steer the thing? Rudder system won't work with that aluminum frame bolted beyond the rear crossbar. Looks like it has a cheeta motor mount, probably converted the hulls into gas tanks. Maybe livewells in the ports. Its a four man bass hunting machine.

I wonder if the seating slides outboard, and its just like that trailering? Sitting a foot off of center wouldn't work that great casting with sail in the way.

Next time I'm up that way, I'll take a closer look at the steering and seating.
