Truth is Tony, I almost went light and took the same as you. Funny you should say that because I was just thinking of the most efficient way to have a baked dinner on a kayak trip. To do it properly with the gravy and the yorkshire puds is a pretty challenging task

3 of us recently did a 3 day trip down a Hunter Valley river. One looked after all the breakfasts for all 3 of us, I looked after all the lunches and one looked after the dinners. As long as there are no real dietary requirements, it's a far more efficient way of doing things. We took smaller kayaks with absolutely no spare room, and this method of food sharing and cooking really saves heaps of space.
