We went down to Backyard Boats in Northern Virginia today, looked at the pre-production TI they had there and decided to go for it. They've ordered 60 of them and the first batch of 12 are already spoken for; ours will be in the second batch, which is expected by the end of May.

Mitch; Hi we just got a call from our dealer that our tandem was delivered about 9:30 AM today so after work we will pick it up.

We have 2 Outback’s and 1 Bravo and love to sail/fish. Congratulations on your purchase and hope to see you on the water.

Denise & Larry

Mitch - I ordered my Tandem Island while I was in Louisiana for 3 months. I'm beginning to think it might not arrive before I need to head back to Maryland :( - but at least I have an AI to keep me happy while I'm north. :)

Your "location" says central Maryland - where is that exactly? And where do you sail? I'm in western Maryland (Cumberland), sailing my "backyard" lake at Rocky Gap State Park, or go the extra hour over to Deep Creek Lake. Just wondered if I should look for your sail.

P.S. Larry, that's a great looking trailer.

We're across the river from Leesburg in western Montgomery County. We haven't gone to Deep Creek yet but hope to sometime this year. Last year we were hitting all the local rivers and lakes, the Annapolis area and the Eastern Shore.

Our Trailex trailer arrived earlier this week, but that's all so far. The TI cradle has yet to arrive, and the window for the TI delivery is now sometime between the last week of May to the 2nd week in June.

We almost went out with our Outback and Sport yesterday, but it was too much wind and waves for us for the first time on the water this season.

Mitch and Joanie;

Hope you get your Tandems soon!!!! Denise and I took ours out for the first time last night in a little circle lake here in Lakeland, 5 to 10 knots winds. On this lake they tend to swirl because its tree lined and in a bowl. We saw 9mph on the gps. Great ride. Everything was great. Love the roomer seat areas, Love the new seats. We will be out somewhere after work today. The tramps are still on order.
