Marine speakers mounted in rear deck. Sealed T-amp and MP3 player hanging in a port bag under the front ports driven by rechargeable AA's. Claims full charge will outlast a weekend.

This is pretty cool. Winter 2011/12 project??

Thats Robs boat he is a cool guy he bought all my Nacra boats & parts from me at once. Thanks to him I was able to come running back to Hobie!
He said the battery's last all day on his set up and even when he flips the boat the music keeps playing!! :D

I would really consider this but I think there is a 5" DIA hole limit behind the rear x-bar. You'd have to find some good 4" or 5" speakers.

It seems the sound is very good with the hulls adding volume.

you could always put the speakers in the 6" front ports and put the music device/battery in the rear 5" port.
