I have tons of toys at my house. Water bikes. SUP's. Ski boats. Pontoon boat. Pedal boat. Sculling boats. Canoe. Just tons of stuff.

But, the Eclipse looks pretty cool. Missed the demo at Hills flat. When the wife tries, if she likes it, will buy two more toys.

From what I have read, the 12 foot will be more stable at 35 inches wide vs the 10.5 foot at 32.5 inches wide. My SUP's are 30 now and are pretty stable
so a 35 inch should be amazing. I want the most stability I can get.

Another thing I would like to be able to do is have my grandkids use these. The SUP is just not stable enough for them and not sure what age this would change.

So, how much force is needed to push on the pedals? What is the youngest kid you have had ride one of these?

For my 5 year old, I was wondering would it be possible for them to push the pedals and hold onto the steering column, while I am behind them with my feet
on the board steering the unit.

Likely it is height and weight rather than age. I have no data at the moment.

You need some weight to stand on pedals. Easier as you move aft on them, but then the reach to the handlebars would become the limiter.
