I received the new hull today, but is it typical that the only thing it comes with are the hatches? NothIng inside. I assume this is correct, I have inserted my tackle holders, front bucket, accessories, and working on the rudder handles. Just curious if this is how it should come.

Yes, seats, drives and loose parts are not included in a hull replacement. Everything that is attached, bolted on... rudder, rails etc are included.

Once again... my apologies that I offended you. Not my intention at all. I know it is difficult to tell tone in a text. The one word in caps was only expressing that this is clearly not normal. Lots of users read these forums and I spoke not only to you when I wrote the response. I am an investigator in a way and try to understand the problems presented here.

Thank you for the apology, I appreciate it. I am on edge about this whole situation, and there is a high probability that I over reacted to your questions.
So as member Roadrunner suggested, I tested the click and go in the rear drive well. I think it is the culprit. There is nearly a half inch of play going forward and back if you wiggle the drive when locked in. Barely any side to side, but front to back it moves. Cannot compare to the other drives right as it is trailered and the cradles cover half the well.

Mine had some play as well but not half an inch. I used self adhesive 1/4" Neoprene. Made is much smoother and quiet...

Neoprene on the drive or in the well?

After some period of time, my 2013 Mirage drive developed a "fore and aft rocking in the well" on my PA-14.....not too bad, but noticeable, so I added a couple of pieces of tubing where the wall thickness was about 0.15".
I secured them with a tie wrap and that simple fix eliminated the "fore/aft" rocking.

Here are 2 photos showing the front and aft end of the Mirage Drive with my "fix".

In the well...cut out 2 small horseshoe shaped pieces and stick them bottom on the saddle. Give the surface a quick rub with acetone first ( just a small bit)...
