Warm water lake because of power plant. Great Bass fishing. Good for sailing with winds out of west. Anyone else fish it?

Haven't fished it since leaving NM years ago. Was stationed at Kirtland AFB for a bit.

From what I remember it would have been a great sailing lake for an AI. Always seemed to have lots of wind.
