HOBIE said FISH THE WORLD … and we did.

Image

We landed and released four-foot Pike in the shadows of castles in France and beneath the windmills of Holland. We laughed a lot and learned about fishing the French Broad and the farm ponds of North Carolina with Bass Pro Hall of Fame member Hank Parker. In Australia we landed fish we had never heard of like the slate grey Sooty Grunter and fish well never forget like the Barramundi.

Join us as we pedal the Pro Angler and the fleet of Hobie Kayaks on the Oxbows of the Mississippi, the Lower Owens in the Eastern Sierras, the Louisiana bayous, Corsica, and down the west coast of Baja Mexico.

The complete 50 minute video, shot originally in HD, will be made available on DVD in the near future.

Available on our website NOW as the complete movie or by scene.

It is an excellent video and well worth the download. I actually had a bit of a hand in the Australian segment, working behind the scenes and got the opportunity to spend a few days kayak fishing with Den, Mike & co in far Nth QLD. It was really great to meet them and to be a part of the production. I'm too ugly for camera though, so I think the only snippets featuring my humble self are very long distance :-)
