Hey guys,

I just wanted to let you all know about our fall tournament WEEKEND; Falln’Tide 4 on October 17th. The fishing always pretty outstanding this time of year and its a pretty laid back tournament on Saturday with a great estuary to fish. The Venice, LA is one of the most famous redfishing locations in the world and it is not uncommon to have 50, or even 100 fish days out there. Hope to see some new faces from out you alls way. We already have a good bit of bookings going on at the hotels so I encourage anyone who is interested to not delay on lodging. What’t neat about our tournaments is that almost everyone including the locals stay at the lodging and there is a lot of socializing before and after the “official” event. Most guys come up thursday night/ friday morning and fish the weekend till Sunday. Everybody is really friendly and will point you in the right direction. And we have a good mix of local folks as well as folks coming in from around the gulf coast and the country to take advantage of all the great fishing.

Our spring tournament had 110 entrants so this one should have a similar draw, and for only $40 bucks its a pretty good deal when you consider the Hobie captains bags, tournament t-shirt and 2 meals; let alone all the wonderful prizes you have a chance at winning!

Lodging:
Delta Marina will be the HQ for FNT this year. Don’t delay these will be snapped up quickly. They are cabins that sleep 5-7 I believe... Ask when you call.

Last years location: YellowCotton Bayside Cabins is also giving us a discount. The location is awesome, just 5 minutes away from the venice oil field. It was just a little bit too south for us and can only occupy 60 guests when empty. It is currently partially booked. But it is also a great place to stay. If you wish to book there call em up:

Just a little FYI... there's a darn good reason they call Louisiana the "Sportsman's Paradise."

There are more fish landed in Louisiana than in any other state except Alaska.

Get em while they're hot! Fall is an EXCELLENT time to fish Louisiana's coastal marshes. It ain't pretty but it sure is "fishy!"
