I have the bridles hooked up; I have added a larger shackle (I have the old style anti-rotation device) to the anti; I have seen and used your pix.
Hopefully these are my last three questions: (1) is there a reason you looped the line through the anti-rotation opening as opposed to putting a knot there; (2) the u-shaped fitting attached to the mast (I am having a senior moment and can't remember the name, LOL); did you just drill holes into the mast and mount it; or did you add a metal slug and then just tighten the screws until you had achieved a friction fit; (3) it is hard to tell the thickness of your bungee cord, but I am guessing it is 3/8"----does this provide enough tension on the anti-rotator...or would using two 3/8" bungees per side work better?
I really appreciate you help!
Only 3 more days before my 4 day camp-on-a-tramp trip up the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay with my younger Bro!
