Are you sure that's legit? Could be an April Fools deal. I've had my boat in the water a bunch of times for long periods and I don't see anything melting off it. I think I'll keep fishing and not worry about it. If I melt, I'll let you guys know. :lol:

I think we need to all go out and lick our yaks to see what happens. :lol:

I'm pretty sure that this is an April Fools thing, because sugar is much more expensive than plastic, and if an error like that was made the bean counters would catch on quick. Also the Hobie factory will start to smell like Willy Wonka.
