Hi all,

I purchased specific cradles for a 2022 PA14 and Outback. Followed the procedure on Hobies website to find the best distance, which is around 68". There are a couple of issues I have, the fitment isn't very good no matter how much I micro adjust and my crossbars only extend to 63". How well should the cradles conform to the hull? Given I can't extend the distance between crossbars to the ideal 68", will 5" less be detrimental? I'm really hoping not to dump anymore money into the trailer.

Alan

The spacing of cradles was reviewed a few months ago.
