I finally got to get my Outback on the water for the first time this year...long story.
As soon as I got on the water I noticed my seat back was way to reclined. I could not get it adjusted using the grey lever on the back of the seat. I had to use the kickstand.
Upon returning home, I torn it down only to find the bungee hog ring had rusted through. I also noticed the spring (the one on the right side) had also rusted through. and the bungee is stretched out. Hobie has no repair kit that I, or any dealer I've talked to can find.
My outback is a 2015, I can imagine this is going to an issue for Hobie Vantage CT owners soon, Especially for those that put them in salt water.
