Hi All,
The bolts in my boat's beams do not seem to be tight. The washer underneath them is able to move around. However when I go to tighten the bolts they feel like they are bottomed out.

I know these bolts are supposed to be tight but worry I am going to break something if I put more torque on them. Has anyone else experienced this?
