I can't say I have ever seen anything like this (or much less sailed in it). Look who we were racing against in the San Francisco Bay. (4 H18s)

Nothing like seeing a Gunboat or a Marstrom 32 breathing down your neck.......

20 Multihulls in our Class and 140 Mono Hulls. The start line was Crazy.....

I was at the Frankfurt airport a week ago and saw 4 A380s parked next to each other. They took up the whole terminal. The A320 I was on parked on the tarmac, they unloaded us using stairs and bused us to the terminal.

A380s are big and ugly.

Scary stuff.

Problem here is that when you start racing / sailing this type of boat, it no longer is single handed or booze cruise type of fun. You always need crew and crew today is not always there.
