I’m looking for feedback on how shallow the Compass will float in without the pedal drive in place. I realize this number will fluctuate a little based on how the kayak is loaded. If you want to guesstimate loaded weight of your kayak along with that draft depth that would be awesome.

I was told they will float in 3” and I k it that’s baloney. My 24 lb. inflatable SUP board barely floats in that lol.

Sit still in calm water and have an extra person mark the water line.

Thanks. If I already owned one or had access to one I would but I am looking at buying one which is why I asked.
