On a H16, is there supposed to always be a clevis pin in the top hole of the shroud adjuster? It seems that, on the one hand this would help keep the side plates from spreading and keep the whole assembly stronger, but, on the other hand, if, say, the shroud eyelet is pinned in the third hole, the pin in the top hole kind of gets in the way and the lead is no longer straight and fair and true....
