I recently bought a 1980 Hobie 16. The owner said that the tiller crossbar had fallen off while he sailed it and he lost it in the water. (Not sure how this happened). Anyway, I am looking for a new tiller crossbar that can attach to the rods sticking out off the rudders. Anyone know the best place to buy one? Or if you know the dimensions is it worth making your own?
