Ok, all you guys talking about the trap bungees, etc.- please see my post about rigging traps or add your info here. Thanks.

What trap rigging do you use for the dogbones, handles, etc. (simple rig, beach adjustable with rope stop only; adjustable dogbone height using v-jam block; or double adjustable)?

Stock system works best for general use and around-the-cans racing.

"Can't Miss handles" w/ rope locks (which are on-the-water adjustable).

Dog bones = teeth chippers.

Tried it out this weekend. Really liked it. Angle was good for the crew, and myself. It's probably going to wear on the shock cord fairly quickly being the 90 degree angle of getting pulled through the grommet. Light air was ok. Had some interference with the tiller extension. But I'm on the front crossbar almost the whole time when it's light. The best thing is how easily the handle pulls down now. It wasn't bad before but now it's super easy. :D

You can grommet yourself. Make sure to use Spur Gromets (with teeth). McMaster Carr carries them as well as setting tools. http://www.mcmaster.com/
