I'm not sure what's going on here exactly (Outback 19) but this screw is loose and dropped down to where you can see it. I think it helps stabilize the rudder housing. I've trying to screw it back in but it doesn't seem to catch on anything. Any idea how to repair this?

Thanks

Was able to fix it. The bolt had come loose from a lock nut inside the housing. The bolt wasn't catching because the nut was flipped sideways. The components were easy to take a part and fix.
