I just bought my wife a used 2017 Outback with the 180 drive. It is a V1. Is the upgrade still available from Hobie free of charge so my spare parts will fit her drive? If so what is the process to get the parts?

That (no charge) upgrade program was discontinued some time ago.

A dealer can still get the kit for you though.
