I purchased a 2021 Outback. Working great. However, as time goes on the twist latch on the hatch directly in front of the seat has become increasingly difficult to rotate. I have sprayed some silicone onto the inside and outside of the latch (where it pivots) but has not helped much. It is difficult to rotate with the lid open and closed (not a lid seal issue). Any thoughts on a better lubricant or solution?

Don't know what you are referring to. Nothing appears to be binding, it simply is stiff. (You have to give the circular rubber handle a good amount if force to rotate it ) I'm afraid I may break it. I could upload a couple photos but don't know how on this platform.
