Hi everybody,
A few weeks ago bought my first (second hand) hobie kayak and was really happy with it, but recently it started leaking. After a lot of searching I found a crack near the place where the knob is that fixes the drive in place. It's rather small and at an inconvenient place. Can someone give me advice on how to fix it? I hope someone can help me do I can go paddling again soon.

The following link is not exactly where your crack is but the repair method using Scotch-weld 8010 and the correct preparations apply.

You did not say which model and year your Hobie is, but it's probably 2006 vintage....

Good luck with your repair.
