The scupper holes on my passport 10.5 are not fully drilled out. This prevents my kayak cart from being able to seat into the scupper holes properly. Should I drill them out or will I cause my kayak to leak and take on water? (Ps, I bought the 12.0 passport at the same time and it's scupper holes are not blocked, meaning I can get it on my kayak cart)

Sorry to hear that - should have been caught in our factory or at the dealer PDI inspection.... you can have a dealer help - or if you're able - A 1-3/8” hole saw would work best. You can also drill a smaller hole in the middle and use a Dremel tool to open it up to 1-3/8”
