If you mean that the sentence is unambiguous, I agree, but it's not entirely clear that the people who wrote the manual would agree with me what it unambiguously says.

So clearly I can hang it either right-side up or upside-down on straps because the subject of the sentence is plural:
Storing your boat upside down on crossbars, or hanging from wide strapping, are TWO ways to keep the boat stored.
On the other hand, the pro angler manual page appears intended to divide its pictures into acceptable right-side-up storage methods and acceptable upside-down storage methods, so maybe the unambiguously correct way of reading it is not as unambiguously correct as I think. Other people are reading the same manuals as I am and reaching different conclusions.
I've been storing my boat right side up on straps for a year. Have I voided my warranty?
