I want to find out what the”ASA Polymer outer skin” on the Linx is. So I can get the proper epoxy. I want to attach the anchor trolley hardware to the outer skin with epoxy. If anyone has done it, what were the results.

Straight up I don't think any epoxy is going to be reliable under those conditions.

If you cannot attach a nut on the inside to a bolt, how about using a wellnut?

I ran into a problem affixing an anchor trolley to my Sport last year. I got advice here and ended up using both wellnuts and rivets. The use of rivets makes the installation permanent.
