Telescopic tiller extension

I installed a Ronstan Battlestick RF3124 to my Getaway recently. I was having a problem with hitting my passengers in the head with the stock tiller extension. The Ronstan telescopes, and has a padded grip/ball on the end, so even if I do hit them, it's less painful

So far it's been great, and the rubber coupling between the extension and the tiller bar has a more positive feeling of control than the factory swivel/pin/ring ding setup. A side benefit of it telescoping is that it now fits in the Hobie Toybox with the extension attached to the tiller bar, slightly speeding the setup and teardown process, and no little parts to lose.
