Tax return spent. Outback bought. Time to fish. Went to a familiar pond to begin the learning process. Caught 12 stockers and one Native.
Reversed the Mirage Drive and paddled around stern first. This worked well with the rudder able to control the direction effectively. What I did not know at the time is that a brisk breeze would change this. Found out yesterday that trolling stern first leaves the Outback almost uncontrollable. Had to switch back to bow first in order to continue fishing. Have but have not installed the Sailing rudder. Hopefully this might help. I prefer to fish stern first. Old habit. Forgot to mention, I am a flyfisherman. Anyway, here is a shot of the Native fish.
