Hobie discontinuing Adventure Islands?

It's funny that Hobie never responded to this thread. It seems along with 86-ing the AI, they've given up on responded on this forum, which is a shame.

Anyways, I actually needed a pre-2015 AI-specific part (mast furling drum), and was able to find it. But, it seems that a lot of parts are getting harder to find (amas, for example)...

My understanding is that the AI would return as part of the restart of sailing products under the Hobie Company umbrella again. This will be somewhat of a slow return I would guess as they are still moving materials to the Mexico factory. It's a huge project with many moving parts.
