Another cry for help with rudder lines!

I'm experiencing rudder line issues with my 2015 TI, and with the lack of a good rigging diagram, I'm having trouble figuring out the problem. Specifically, the "Up" line. When I pull either the front or rear seat Up T-handle, the slack is taken up, but then, nothing. The rudder will not raise no matter how hard I pull. I can make the rudder go up by moving it with my hand. The "Down" line works fine. I took this picture from inside the rear seat hatch. It looks like there's a line coming off the Down block that may have broken (???), but I can't figure out where it may have been attached. Any ideas? Thanks!

Good morning, I have a problem with the rudder line, when raising it not so much, but it is very difficult to lower it, on some occasion in the water it has not even been able to lower itself, how could I tighten that line? Do you have any line diagram of the Hobie Outback? All the best
