I use ZookaTubes from YakAttack. They work for both spinning and bait casting reels. Great for trolling as the reels lock in.

I use the Zooka tubes as well. I have Scotty rod holders on my 2012 PA. The Scotty mounts seem a little more polished and have a better fit at the mount, but no issues at all with any of the RAM products that YakAttack sells.

I switched over from Zooka Tubes and Ram Mounts to these sweet very versatile and compact rod holders called Bee Readys. I fish multiple species and these holders let me spider rig, troll, drift and allow me a great staging point. You should check them out! http://www.beereadys.com
I used to have mine rigged to gear track mounted to my gunnels but now that I got my 2015 I am going to mount those to the universal plate then to the H Rail
