I'm looking for some guidance. I recently purchased a new Hobie PA 14 360 and it appears that when turning the Mirage Drive, the gears are slipping.
a) Is this normal?
b) If it's not normal, is there an adjustment that I can make to keep this from happening.

I live 2 hours away from my dealer and I'm hoping I can fix it at home.

Lots of video support for 360s.

May be the belt?

Thanks, I just watched the video on the belt. I’m going to adjust it and see if that cures it.
