I tried calling. I don't have PayPal. And apparently they don't have a phone that works, just answering machine.

We're closed Sun and Mon Karl. And I'm not taking orders for tickets by phone. You'll have to contact the Division or show up to the event. Or you could just sign up for a paypal account. It's pretty easy.
I am just donating some of my resources to the division to make this thing work. I have a business to run so phone calls for raffle tickets are not an option. Thanks for understanding.

I got it done, it was weird, as I would hit the paypal icon, log on to my paypal account, hit 'pay' and then it would say I timed out.
Jeremy took care of it for me, so thanks for the help Johnny, but I am pretty sure I have a better chance of winning without your help!

I just bought an old H16 in Southern California and I need to register it at the DMV, but the Serial numbers got covered by a new coat of paint.

I need the serial# to make out the DMV forms.

Is there a way I can get a serial# related back to a sail number, which I do have....hoping its the original sails.

Alternatively, is there some solvent that I can use to disolve the paint and expose the covered serial#. I imagine its some kind of epoxy paint that was used by the looks of it.

Help! Suggestions???

I'm also having trouble getting a ticket through pay pal. It's giving me the same time out thing. What did you do to get it to work? Can someone help me out please?

I just bought a ticket to see what the problem was, oh yea and to help the cause as well. I had no problem what-so-ever. Not sure what the problem is, maybe just try a few times, maybe switch computers.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried several times and keep getting the same result. I realy don't know what the deal is. I doubt it is the computer I am on, could be I guess but unlikely. I've never had this issue with pay pal before and I use it pretty frequently.

If this is too much to ask I understand but are you guys using checking or credit to make this payment?

I have no ideas as to what the problem might be. Ticket sales are streaming through as we speak. I just tried it and it seemed to work for me. When you hit the button does your paypal sign in page appear?

Yes, my pay pal sign in appears. Everything is as usual except when I hit the pay now button. Instead of taking the transaction it gives me the session time out. I even tried just paying with credit (no paypal) when I do that it isn't reading the encrypted message properly. When I enter the new encryption it keeps saying the same thing, that it wasn't filled out properly. I don't know what difference it would make but I'm trying to pay with a VISA. It's a mystery to me.

I would call Jeremy but I can understand his post about not taking calls about this. I guess I can try contacting the district? Buying tickets at the event isn't an option for me. I'll keep trying. Thanks for the responses everyone. If anyone gets any ideas send em my way.
