Question is in the title. Anybody have or know of somebody who has a Hobie in Panama City Beach and would be willing to let me use/rent it from them for a week while in staying on the beach down there?

You may want to check with the local Hobie dealer there: Sunjammers.

Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort also rents out Hobie Getaway and Waves.
