This looks like this may be a 2006 model, and it
appears that the reinforcement kit was not installed.
If a warranty pro-ration is not viable, order and install the retrofit kit from the nearest dealer (in the US this was sent out by Hobie at no charge -- don't know about Europe). It has longer cam bolts and will relieve the existing stress point. You should also reinforce the cam columns with either 3M Scotchweld DP8010 or Loctite 3030. If you look through the search feature here on the forum, you can see some suggestions on how to use these epoxies and where to get them. Here's a good place to start:

Late '06 and newer models were reinforced at the factory and do not have the recess (shown here) at the bottom of the drivewell nose.Also in the picture you can see cam columns repaired with DP 8010 (effective if not pretty).
