Novice sailor here that would appreciate an old salt's nod -

@ 250# solo, mast rake should be as far back as possible.

In order to reduce tiller pull, rudders should also be raked maximum forward. (If raked to far forward, may cause boat to Lee Helm)

Rudder trim should be set with + 1/4" trailing edge.

Anything else that I should take a look at?

1/4" bow on the rear, 1" each side.

Read a book on tuning - there's just too much for this forum to handle. After reading a book and sailing then come to this forum for tips, where folks are happy to dispense the wisdom of their experience.

Sounds like you have most of it covered.

Use the main traveler (let the car move outboard) if the boat flys a hull too easily. Will sail faster trimmed tight and traveled out.
